Ahmed H. Sharif, a taxi driver who was stabbed several times by an anti-Muslim passenger.

The passenger, Michael Enright, 21, of Brewster, N.Y., is charged with attempted murder as a hate crime, assault, aggravated harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, as he allegedly slit the victims neck with a knife after hearing that he was muslim.
